Senior Marketing Manager (Growth & Acquisition)

About this role
With at least 3-5+ years in a marketing, growth, or similar role, you should be excited to build and test out new campaigns that will have a direct impact on Evervault’s top line. We are looking for a top-notch marketer to develop and execute our customer acquisition programs. Ideally you have specialised in 1-2 channels and are excited to add to your GTM toolbelt. You will focus on top of funnel marketing, and support the growth and sales functions on increasing revenue.
The ideal candidate has experience executing and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns that drive conversion for sales channels, and is excited about the opportunity to build marketing systems infrastructure and establish processes from scratch at a high-growth technology startup.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, develop and execute innovative and effective demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Create, resource and manage multi-channel campaigns using a variety of existing and new channels like email, social, webinars, digital and offline events.
- Create compelling email campaigns that share value through promoting high-value content like reports, guides, and webinars to drive engagement and conversions.
- Experiment, test and iterate: analyze data and report on campaign performance, make data-driven decisions and continually improve programs and processes to drive pipeline and generate good ROI.
- Design processes and automation to maximize team and program efficiency, and test new ideas to unlock potential avenues for growth.
Who you are
- Spent 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within the fintech or payments ecosystem.
- Spends your day living in marketing tooling and analytics, fixating on understanding what is and isn’t working.
- Excited to become an expert in TOF marketing, but build conviction on what moves the needle within our audience and which growth levers to pull in order to increase demand.
- Naturally curious and hungry to learn and hone growth and demand generation skills.
- Sees gaps & opportunities in the current GTM funnel, and quickly moves to problem solving mode — proactively creating a plan, evaluating downstream impacts and solutioning.
- Self-starter approach, willing to take responsibility and own projects.
- Particularly resourceful, and can evaluate when to ask for help vs. tackle solo.
- Strong affinity for using quantitative analysis (numbers, data, patterns) to drive decision making.
- Ability to think outside the box and be creative.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.
- Structured problem-solver. You naturally write clearly because you think clearly.
